This unique project includes Duplex apartments, individual houses and flats with a beautiful green area (including a park and roofing) in the middle of the development.

Our team was involved from the start of the project, where the existing structures were demolished, followed by further groundwork, surveying and sourcing of environmentally friendly materials, all the way to completing the works for the new builds and handing over to our clients Greenwich council and their tenants.
