Access Building Contractors was established initially as an internal fit out and refurbishment contractor , however due to client requirements for single source responsibility and risk management the company grew into a specialist design and build main contractor offering turnkey solutions . The company has retained the core values of sub contracting whilst carrying out the main contract role offering engineered solutions and presenting value for money.
The company recognised the fact that the approach to the grant of planning and the requirements of legislation and regulations were changing to incorporate sustainability measures in all developments .
